What You’ll Do

As our Floor Manager, you will be the heart of our dining room operations. You'll be leading shifts from the floor, supporting your team and keeping our guests happy while maintaining solid operational discipline.

Shift & Floor Leadership: Maintain a strong, visible floor presence. Run efficient, successful shifts by assisting wherever needed. Hosting, running food, bussing tables, interacting with guests and resolving issues with grace.

Team Building: Recruit, hire, train and schedule appropriate staffing levels tailored to store needs.

Cost & Inventory Control: Manage labor costs effectively to maintain profitability while taking charge of inventory management.

Administrative Operations: Utilize Quickbooks and restaurant software for scheduling, inventory tracking, and basic financial reporting.

Culture: Lead by example as a collaborative team player who is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure restaurant success and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in restaurant management is required.

Tech Skills: Strong computer proficiency is a must (experience with Quickbooks required).

Leadership Style: Hands-on leader with a strong floor presence—not an "office-only" manager.

Business Acumen: Solid understanding of inventory control, staff scheduling, and managing labor margins.

Mindset: Adaptable, solution-oriented, and excited about growing with an expanding company.

Bartender Manager & Bartenders

Fuse'd Bartending Manager & Bartenders

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bartender Manager & Bartender to join our Fuse'd Team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional customer service and mixology. Promotion available with experience.

Responsibilities

• -Provide quality service in a high volume/Craft Cocktails environment
• Be personable with friendly, professional customer interaction skills
• -Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including Signature Cocktails, Beer and Wine
• -Interact with customers, take orders and provide recommendations
• -Maintain cleanliness of the Bar area and equipment
• -*Weekends Required*

Experience

• -Previous experience working as a Bartender in a Restaurant or Bar is required
• -Leadership/Management experience a plus
• -Knowledge of Food + Drink safety practices and regulations in Illinois
• -Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• -Familiarity with various drink recipes and mixology techniques is a plus
• -Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service

Servers

We are always looking for good Servers to work at Fuse'd! 

Experience preferred. Experience in in fine dining a plus.

Dishwasher

Fuse'd is looking for Dishwashers. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. 

Kitchen experience a bonus, line or prep cooking experience would be preferable but not necessary. 

$15-$19 based on experience.

Cook

We are looking for help in our kitchen at Fuse'd Plainfield. If you love a fun, fast paced environment, apply today! 

We are a high volume scratch restaurant. Experience working in a kitchen in the restaurant industry is required. 

Looking for Line and Prep Cooks for both Full Time & potentially Part Time depending on the candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
